Made By Hand, Piece By Piece

Every piece in Sophia's Jewelry starts the same way: as a small sketch, then a shape in metal, long before it ever reaches a box.

I choose each stone and setting by hand, checking it under natural light before it's approved. If a piece doesn't meet that standard, it doesn't leave the workshop.

Most designs go through several rounds of adjustment — the curve of a band, the weight of a clasp — until they feel right, not just look right.

That's the part that takes time. Not the idea, but the patience to get every small detail exactly where it should be.

I still finish every piece the way I did the very first one: by hand, one at a time, checked before it ships.
